How It Works

Registering and competing in a virtual race is easy

Register For The Race You Want

Simply pick the race you want (here are our events), scroll to the bottom to choose your option (you can just run the race or add a medal). This will register you for the event. Takes about 5 minutes

Train and Have Fun

Train for a virtual race just like you would any other race, but we hope we can make it even more fun for you! Once registered, you can download our app or access via the internet and get helpful updates and interact with fellow racers.

Race Your Heart Out!

The race date will be a 3-day window during which you can race anytime. Use your favorite tracking app (or our free one) to record your run. Plus, if you use our app, we'll tell you where the competition is and when you're about to pass people!

Upload and See Results

Upload your results in the app by syncing the data with the app or watch you used or uploading manually. Once uploaded, we'll provide you with the course equalized time and you can see where you're currently ranked and when you finish at the end of the race.

FAQ

Uploading results is easy.

You can use our app, use almost any fitness tracking app or device to import your data, or you can upload manually.

Once you signup, you’ll have access to our web and mobile application. You will set your password at signup.

Once registered for any event, you will see the event in your dashboard. When the race window opens, you’ll also see an “In-Race Page”, which will allow you to access live results, our tracking app, competition mode, and more.

Each event and challenge has its own cost, but we try to keep them as affordable as possible.

We also allow you to pick and choose your add-ons so you only have to pay for what you want.

Finally, we do have a yearly membership that allows unlimited registration to as many races and challenges as you like throughout the year.

You can use the results and data to make progress towards each challenge individually or all at once.

Yes, for races you need to run or walk.

Our build-in anti cheating system will detect if you used a bike or motorized transportation. We want race results to be fair to everyone.

There will be a time window by which you need to submit your results. The window is typically 2-3 days and is clearly shown in the event page and emailed to you.

We will begin shipping medals a week before the race begins so that you have it in time for the completion of the race.

We won’t ship medals earlier than one week before the race.
